Business Support Center Guaranteed Refund Policy: We believe in providing our clients with Guaranteed Satisfaction with all Business Support Center services. We are a performance driven company that delivers guaranteed results, or we refund your money. We want to earn your business, and have a long term relationship with our clients. We know this won’t happen if we don’t deliver on the services we offer.
How It Works:
Verification, Construction and Optimization Fees. These fees go toward the completion of the verification process with Google, Apple and/or Yahoo and Bing, and the site listing construction and optimization for each of those search engines. If these services are not accomplished to the client’s satisfaction within 60 days after the initial date of purchase, the client has the option to request a refund on all fees paid.
As respects to Online Directory Site Optimization for Google, Apple, and/or Yahoo and Bing, your local business listings will be claimed and verified (or reclaimed and reverified if necessary), then designed, constructed, and optimized for best possible map results. If for any reason, within the first 60 days of your initial purchase, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100% refund, contingent upon the following terms:
The client, within the first 60 days of his or her initial purchase, must contact us in writing to give notification of any dissatisfaction. Then Business Support Center requires 30 days to resolve the cause of the dissatisfaction. If after 30 days the issue is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction, at the client’s request, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, after the initial 60 day period as referenced above, client may request Business Support Center to continue the Verification, Construction and Optimization work with no refund.
Important Information About Your Service. Purchase of services for search engine or directory listings require certain cooperative steps from customer, including the relaying of pin codes or other credentials on a timely basis as issued by the search engines and/or directories. Failure to cooperate may hinder Business Support Center’s ability to fulfill the purchased services. In cases where the customer does not relay a pin code and the pin code subsequently expires a $14.95 reprocessing fee will be charged to request a new pin code, provided however this charge shall not happen more than once within a 30 day period. Such a reprocessing fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: Google, Apple, Bing, and Yahoo are the owners of their respective trademarks. Business Support Center is an independent marketing company and is not directly affiliated or contracted with any of these companies.
Business Directory/Citations Listing and Repair Fees: These fees go toward the listing of a Business Client in their own geographic area’s highest ranked online directories to increased search engine visibility in two phases.
First, once enrolled, in the first 30 days of the program Business Support Center will syndicate the Business Client’s basic information by getting the Name, Address and Business Phone Number properly listed on all the directories listed on the visibility report. (These services are included in the Initial Account Set-up Fee)
Once the initial syndication process of all the basic contact information has been completed, Business Support Center will continue the process of building up the more detailed business customer information on each directory, starting with the five (5) highest ranked directories for the Business Customer, on a monthly basis. (These additional listings are covered via the Monthly Services Fee)
The more detailed business information will include the business description(s), hours of operation, images, payment methods, key words, and advising each directory of the towns or geographic areas the business’s product and/or services are available.
As the listing build-up process continues (at the rate of five (5) additional directories each month), Business Support Center will claim and register the business customer with each directory. Once claimed, the Business Client will have complete ownership and creative control of those directories for the lifetime of the Business Client.
Each month a Visibility Report with the Business Client’s Online Visibility Score with be provided to the Business Client via email for the purpose of monthly tracking of the progress of the program.
A separate email notification will also be sent to the Business Client as each directory is progressively claimed and verified.
As more directories are claimed each month, the score/ranking of the Business Client will increase resulting in an increase in the listing visibility as well. The ultimate objective is to claim and register the Business Client’s information to as many directories as is necessary to get their score/ranking to a position of strength in the range of 61-80.
Business Support Center guarantees a minimum of 50% increase in the client’s Online Visibility Score within the first six (6) months or, upon the request of the client, Business Support Center will fully refund the one-time set-up fee. The monthly fees are non-refundable but may be discontinued by the client at any time via written request to Business Support Center.
SMARTsite Set-up and Ongoing Support Fees: SMARTsites are websites that comply in every way with all 3 search engines’ standards and are constantly updated to display perfectly on all new devices (phones, tablets, etc) as they hit the market. SMARTsites are also built in such a way that “locks” them to your business’s Google, Yahoo and Bing listings which helps the listing placement and prevents site or listing forgeries.
SMARTsites come standard with four pages, typically: Home, Services, About Us, and Contact, plus we offer an optional 5th page (Gallery or Testimonial) if the client is willing to do the work to gather the info. We can also customize these pages to show as something else, at the request of a client.
If the client should choose a gallery page over the testimonial page, each gallery page comes standard with 10 high definition photographs. They can be industry stock photographs or images emailed to us by the client.
SMARTsites may include any licensing, accreditations, social media links, and nearly any content requested by the client within 5 pages. However, any custom programming (ex. eCommerce, bid/quote generators, lead capture forms) or additional pages (greater than 5) will be provided at a cost of the greater of either $40 per hour or $100 per page. Clients allowed up to 2 revisions which will extend site delivery. Additional items not spelled out clearly in first 2 revision requests billed by Business Support Center at $40/hour.
Business Support Center guarantees each client’s complete satisfaction with their SMARTsite. Once the site is developed, delivered and accepted by the client, the fees for set-up are fully earned and non-refundable. Monthly support fees for ongoing SMARTsite support may be discontinued at any time by the client providing written notice to Business Support Center. No further monthly fees will be due from the client thereafter.
Search Engine Optimization Services: SEO is the process of optimizing a website’s positions in the search engine results pages (SERPs).
SEO services are provided on a pre-paid, month-to-month basis. Client may cancel services at any time and receive a prorated portion of the monthly fees paid. If a one-time set-up fee is required for the services to be initiated, those fees will not be refundable unless cancelled within first three (3) days.
Three day right to revoke any new service: In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, you, the Client, may cancel this sale up to midnight of the third business day after the receipt of the merchandise or premium services, whichever is later.
Open for business services: We understand the value of staying in business, and having effectively constructed and optimized search engine site, correct and effective directory/citation listings, and an effective SMARTsite in generating new business. If a client goes out of business, or changes both the name and location of the business, or has a change of ownership, a refund will not be granted.
